In March 2024, GEM SLEEP circulated a survey to people currently living in the US. This survey examined the impact of sleep on the population and investigated the various experiences they've had in addressing their sleep issues by asking questions about sleep habits, quality of sleep, and if/how people received care for their sleep problems.
With the analysis of our findings, we aim to provide a deeper understanding of the crucial role sleep plays in overall health and well-being, and to offer evidence-based insights to support your sleep health journey.
